The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has revoked the accreditation of Shinn Diggers, 1127 Schilling Ave., Belleville, Ill., and Riverton Music Studios LLC, PO Box 510291, St. Louis, for violations of the BBB’s Accreditation Agreement.

A St. Louis plumbing company that promises “100% satisfaction guarantees” is in hot water with many of its customers and St. Louis County officials for inferior work, long delays in responding to complaints and working without obtaining required permits, according to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
